What is the Mully Children's Charitable Foundation?

The Mully Children's Family Charitable Foundation is a registered CRA charity. They are a Christian humanitarian organization committed to transforming the lives of orphaned, abandoned and abused children in Africa. Through the help of Mully Children's Family (MCF), founded and run by Charles Mulli, street children facing abandonment, abuse, addictions or HIV/AIDS are rescued and given a place to call home.

MCFCF was founded by Charles Mulli in 1989. Compelled by his relationship with God and his compassion for helping others Mulli began providing street children in Eldoret with food and clothing. Before long he started providing shelter for these children in his own home. To accommodate an increasing amount of street children, Mulli and his family built dorms and classrooms on their property. In 1995, a new MCFCF home was established on Mulli's retirement property in Ndalani, which now provides shelter, food, clothing, and formal education to over 500 children. The property is also equipped with a farm that grows fruit and vegetables and specializes in French green beans. The beans are exported to countries in the European Union, and profits cover 45% of the home's operating expenses. In 1996, MCFCF's home education system was officially registered with the Ministry of Education and has since been named the best special school in Kenya. Since 2003, the organization has opened childcare centers in numerous cities in Kenya. In total MCF is responsible for 2000 children and 500 staff - these numbers are growing every day.
